Overall, my stay was delightful with a spacious two-bedroom condo that was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes. While the amenities were fantastic, some aspects of the service left room for improvement, especially regarding communication during check-in. The staff was friendly, but my experience was dampened by delays that felt frustrating after a long journey.

While our stay had some positive aspects like the spaciousness of the room and the nice views, the overall experience was marred by disappointing customer service and cleanliness issues. It was frustrating to deal with the lack of communication regarding our room availability, and the room itself had unpleasant odors. There is potential for a better visit if these issues were addressed.

The Lodge is a great choice for families, featuring spacious rooms with great amenities. The location is convenient for accessing the slopes and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area offers. While the smaller pool area might be a downside for some, the stunning views and clean environment more than make up for it. Dining options are decent, but there's room for improvement in variety and quality.

The fitness center is small, and the pool area is quite limited for a resort of this quality.

I had a mixed experience at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square. While the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities, the customer service was lacking, especially during check-in. The hotel's location was convenient for skiing and exploring the area, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the room quality but was disappointed by the service and facilities.

The hotel facilities felt worn and could use an update, and the noise from street traffic affected our stay, which was not what I expected for the price.
